The manual for the Redi-Set-Go is virtually the same as the manual for the GT Xpress 101. The only difference is that the 101 manual provides more recipes than the Redi-Set-Go manual. The recipes/instructions work for all 3 of the units - the GT Xpress 101, Xpress Redi-Set-Go, and the Xpress Platinum.

You're welcome! :) The attachments you are talking about are called the "pan inserts." They serve multiple purposes. First, they provide you with a quick and easy clean-up solution. Second, they protect the Redi-Set-Go unit from excessive wear. And third, they provide you with a way to cook smaller portions. ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, the Redi-Set-Go is no longer being made, and neither are the pans. My best advice is to check Ebay & Craigslist periodically and hope that one is posted in the future. You may be lucky enough to find one at a thrift store as well. But since they are no longer being produced, there isn't any particular place to get them.
