Lost Your Instruction Manual?

I've seen the Xpress Redi-Set-Go grill (and the GT Xpress 101) at garage sales, secondhand shops, on Ebay, on Amazon, and many other places.  Most of the time they are gently used, but occasionally you can find one brand new.  If you purchased your grill used, or if you just simply lost your instruction manual - there is hope!  Thanks to the Internet Archive (one of my best friends), you can find the instruction manual for the GT Xpress 101 (an earlier version of the Redi-Set-Go).  To view the instruction manual online, simply click here.  I don't know if this will be around forever, so I urge you to save the file to your computer.  To save, just right click on the link and go to "Save Target As..." (for Internet Explorer users) or "Save Link As..." (for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome users).

The instruction manual also includes ALL of the following recipes (72 total!):

  8. Do you have the manual and the recipes for the Xpress redi set go? I got one from a thrift store and it had no manual or instructions with it. Are the recipes for the Xpress 101 the same as for the redi set go?

    1. The manual for the Redi-Set-Go is virtually the same as the manual for the GT Xpress 101. The only difference is that the 101 manual provides more recipes than the Redi-Set-Go manual. The recipes/instructions work for all 3 of the units - the GT Xpress 101, Xpress Redi-Set-Go, and the Xpress Platinum.

    1. You're welcome! :) The attachments you are talking about are called the "pan inserts." They serve multiple purposes. First, they provide you with a quick and easy clean-up solution. Second, they protect the Redi-Set-Go unit from excessive wear. And third, they provide you with a way to cook smaller portions. To see some of the common pan inserts go here: http://redisetgorecipes.blogspot.com/p/pan-inserts.html

    1. Unfortunately, the Redi-Set-Go is no longer being made, and neither are the pans. My best advice is to check Ebay & Craigslist periodically and hope that one is posted in the future. You may be lucky enough to find one at a thrift store as well. But since they are no longer being produced, there isn't any particular place to get them.

    1. Your best bet is to try Ebay. If you cannot find one on Ebay, this one from Amazon is a pretty good substitute. It's small, so it fits in the cooking wells.
